  • 1 boule, thickly sliced
  • Flavoured olive oil, store bought or homemade
  • 2 to 4 whole garlic cloves, cooked in olive oil


Step 1

Prepare a charcoal grill with hot coals or heat a gas grill. 

Step 2

Brush both sides of the slices of bread with flavoured olive oil and grill on both sides until brown. 

Step 3

Rub one side of the grilled bread with a garlic clove.
