  • 1 piece rosemary focaccia
  • 3 fresh figs, cut in thin rounds
  • 1 slice prosciutto
  • 1 handful washed arugula
  • Olive oil
  • Freshly ground pepper


Step 1

Slice focaccia horizontally. Place layer of figs on 1 piece of focaccia. Top with a slice of prosciutto, and a handful of arugula. Sprinkle with olive oil and season with pepper. Press firmly on sandwich to flatten. Cut in half and serve.
