Ingredients

  • 4 figs
  • 2 scoops fresh cheese (fromage blanc from a farmer's market)
  • Spoonful of light honey (acacia or wildflower)

Method

Step 1

The figs must be very ripe. Just put 2 figs on each plate, add a scoop of fresh cheese and dribble over the honey.
