Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups bourbon
  • 1 1/8 cups pineapple juice
  • 6 cups (48 ounces) lemon lime soda
  • 1 jalapeA+-o, sliced thinly
  • Pineapple wedges, for garnish, optional

Method

Step 1

Pour bourbon and pineapple juice into a large pitcher. Slowly pour in the soda and stir in the jalapeno. Fill each glass a third of the way with ice. Pour the mixture from the pitcher over the ice. Garnish the rim of each glass with a small wedge of pineapple, if using.
