Ingredients
- 2 large onions, diced
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 5 ounces Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
- 32 ounces ketchup
- Hot sauce
Method
Step 1
Saute onions in oil in a heavy skillet. Add sugar, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Add ketchup and simmer for about 20 minutes. Season, to taste, with hot sauce.
