  • One 15-ounce bag frozen French fries (hand-cut style)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • Kosher salt, optional


Step 1

Place a baking sheet in the oven and preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2

Put the fries in a large bowl and drizzle with the oil. Sprinkle with the onion powder, garlic salt and pepper and toss to coat. 

Step 3

Remove the baking sheet and spread the fries onto it. Bake according to the package instructions. Transfer to a bowl, toss with the parsley and season with salt if needed.
