- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

Step 1
In a small saucepan, melt butter. When foaming subsides, stir in flour and cook, stirring continuously for about a minute or two. Whisk in the milk, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add horseradish, mustard and vinegar and remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper.Â
