Ingredients

  • One 1-pound jicama

Method

Step 1

Peel the jicama and cut 1/2 inch off of one side to create a flat surface. Carefully slice the jicama into 1/16-inch-thick slices using a mandoline. To store, add the jicama slices to a bowl and cover with water. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
