Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Method

Step 1

Whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, sriracha, garlic and 3 tablespoons water in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
