Ingredients

  • Leftover mashed potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Flour, for dredging
  • Salt, pepper, to taste

Method

Step 1

Form small cakes with mashed potatoes. Dredge cakes in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Heat skillet with oil and butter. Saute cakes in skillet until brown on both sides.;
