- 1 bottle prosecco, very cold
- 4 ounces lemon flavored vodka, very cold
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- Lemon sorbet
- Mint sprigs, for garnish
Method
Step 1
Whisk the prosecco, vodka and mint in a pitcher.Â
Step 2
Place a small scoop of sorbet in each chilled champagne flute and top with the prosecco mixture. Garnish with mint sprigs.
