Ingredients
- 2 ounces espresso liqueur
- 2 ounces dark rum
- Ice, as needed
- 1 ounce mascarpone
- 1 ounce heavy cream
- Ladyfinger, for serving
- Cocoa powder, for serving
Method
Step 1
Shake 2 ounces espresso liqueur with 2 ounces dark rum over ice; strain and pour into a small glass. Whisk equal parts mascarpone cheese and heavy cream and float on top of the espresso-rum mixture. Garnish with a ladyfinger and a dusting of cocoa powder.
