Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1 small seedless watermelon, cut into small wedges

Method

Step 1

Mix together the sugar, salt and lime zest in a small serving bowl. Put the bowl on a platter, add the watermelon wedges and serve.
