  • One 750-milliliter bottle semisweet white wine, such as Riesling
  • 3/4 cup Simple Syrup, recipe follows
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup white rum
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 white peaches, sliced into wedges, plus additional peach slices, for garnish
  • Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
  • 1 cup sugar


Step 1

Combine the wine, Simple Syrup, orange juice and rum in a pitcher. Add the raspberries and peaches and stir. Chill, covered, at least 1 hour and up to 24. Serve over ice. Add a peach slice and mint for garnish and enjoy!

Step 2

Combine the sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and let cool completely. Keep covered in the refrigerator up to 1 month.
