Ingredients
- 12 shucked scallops (small or singing)
- 1 minced shallot
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon wasabi tobiko
Method
Step 1
Mix all together and spoon on top of scallops. Garnish with a little more wasabi tobiko. Plate on crushed ice or rock salt.
