Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan, plus extra for serving
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash hot sauce
  • Pinch of garlic salt
  • Pinch of salt
  • Black pepper
  • Shredded bagged romaine (1/2 bag)
  • A few grape tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 4 to 5 pieces Melba toast

Method

Step 1

Special equipment: a large, resealable plastic zipper bag

Step 2

Add the mayo, milk, Parmesan, Dijon, Worcestershire, hot sauce, garlic salt, salt and a pinch of black pepper to a large resealable plastic zipper bag. Seal the bag while allowing in as much air as possible so that it's "inflated." Shake it vigorously to mix the dressing.

Step 3

Open the bag and add the romaine and grape tomatoes. Add the rotisserie chicken. Break the Melba toasts in your hands and throw them in along with the extra Parmesan and another pinch of black pepper. Shake to coat everything. Roll down the edges of the bag and dig in.
